UK Standard Delivery

ROYAL MAIL Tracked Service: FREE UK standard delivery on all orders over £50 or £3.95 on orders under £50. Delivery usually within 3 days. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Please note on larger order values we may use a signed for service. If you require tracked & signed then please use UK Express Delivery at checkout. 

UK Express Delivery

Tracked & Signed 24 hour – £4.95. Orders placed before midday Monday to Friday will arrive within 1-2 days. We will always aim to deliver on the next working day before 5.30pm, however this is not guaranteed. Weekend deliveries will depend on the Royal Mail service in your local area. Orders placed over a weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday or Wednesday.

Royal Mail Delivery Terms

If Royal Mail is unable to deliver an Item because no-one is available to receive or sign for it and there is no other delivery instruction attached they may at their absolute discretion deliver the item to a safeplace location at the address written or printed on the item, or to a neighbour’s address, and leave a card for the intended recipient explaining where the item has been left. If they choose not to do so, or they cannot find a neighbour or suitable place, they will take the item back to their local premises and leave a card at the address. The card will give the intended recipient the option to have the item delivered to that address later, or tell them where they can collect the item from.

Usual courier service FedEx or UPS. Tracked & Signed service. Orders are dispatched next working day. We aim to deliver in 5-10 working days.

We deliver DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We take care of all import and duty charges.
